Welcome to the Lambeau Field Volunteering Page and thank you for helping us to raise more than $30,000 each Green Bay Packers season to help fund our summer youth group “Love Journeys” which help and serve and love our neighbors both close to home and around the world

We serve desserts in the climate controlled luxury suite areas at Lambeau Field during Green Bay Packers games: preseason, regular season, and postseason games. And it’s a ton of fun! You can find the entire Packers 2026 schedule

We need 16 people for each game. Volunteers need to be at least 14 years old and able to be on their feet for at least 6 hours. At least 7 of the 16 must be 19+ and out of high school.
We gather as a crew about 4 hours before kickoff. An NFL game is about 3 hours long. We’re typically back to St. Thomas about an hour or so after the game is over.

For the 2026/27 season, volunteers will car pool together either by meeting at St. Thomas Church in Menasha, or The Ballard Road Park ‘n’ Ride in Appleton, or at Lambeau Field in Green Bay. We will work out what location works best for everyone for each specific game.

But first, please make sure your schedule is clear for the game(s) you sign up for and 100% commit to volunteering for those days and times.

After you have finished all the above things, please let Aran Walter know what games you’ve registered for and he will let you know how transportation will work to get to Lambeau Field in Green Bay. We always carpool in as few vehicles as possible.

There is a dress code that we need to follow. They give us a button down shirt to wear at Lambeau Field but every volunteer must wear black pants – either black jeans or black dress pants – no leggings allowed. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes (doesn’t matter what color). No sandals or crocs though.
